Our goal is to organize a congress that is interesting and exciting for you while ensuring the best possible health and safety regulations.
Please note all guidelines, information and regulations during the conference and in the Salzburg Congress. Our employees are trained to be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Measures
Please note and follow the prescribed measures during the event and in the congress house.
DistanceKeep a distance of at least 1meters between yourself and everyone else.
Mouth and nose protectionWearing mouth and nose protection (mask) is mandatory:When entering/leaving the building and the hall, as well as when standing in front of the hall.If you do not have a mouth and nose mask with you, we will be happy to provide one.Wearing a mouth and nose mask at the (assigned) seat is not mandatory, but is recommended.
Hand hygieneWash and disinfect your hands regularly.There are sufficient disinfectant dispensers available in the Congress House.
Avoid skin contactPlease avoid common greeting rituals (shaking hands, hugs, kisses,...).
Personalized seatingPlease only and always use the seat assigned to you.The specified distance between the seats must be maintained.The personalized seats also apply to placement during the catering breaks. Each visitor receives an assigned seat for the coffee and lunch breaks.
Registration requiredRegistration for the Salzburg Europe Summit is absolutely necessary.Due to security regulations, entry to the Salzburg Congress is only possible for registered guests.Please be sure to bring ID with you.Due to the limited number of participants, early registration is recommended.
Entrance managementEvery participant in the event will have their current body temperature measured before entering the building.Participation with a fever is prohibited.When entering, you must wear a mouth and nose mask and strictly adhere to the distance rules.Signs, labels and floor markings show the way to the event room and the sanitary facilities.
wardrobeYou are required to wear mouth and nose protection when visiting the cloakroom. The cloakroom staff will wear mouth and nose protection and gloves. The cloakrooms are disinfected after each day of the event.Participants are advised not to bring non-essential items (suitcases, bags, umbrellas, etc.) with them into the event location.
taking photosThe minimum distance must be maintained when taking photos.Taking photos during the event is permitted from your seat.For photos, an official photo point will be set up on the 1st floor of the Salzburg Congress with a photographer officially commissioned by the organizer.The photographer officially commissioned by the organizer is not obliged to wear mouth and nose protection.
individual responsibilityIf you feel unwell or sick or notice symptoms, please stay at home!
Stop Corona app
We ask that guests at the congress download the Red Cross's official Stop Corona app and activate it during their stay at the congress.Available in Google PlayStore and Apple AppStore. Information about the app at https://www.stopp-corona.at/
